Menstrual hygiene. A number of girls start menstruating in their adolescent years, mostly between the ages of 12 and 19 years. But for many of them, coping with the earlier years of menstruation is usually challenging for several reasons. Esther Oluka highlights why there is need for more awareness on menstruation hygiene, attitude and practices mostly for girls in primary schools.
