Goal
AfriChild will be a multidisciplinary research Centre that contributes to evidence-based knowledge building, skills development and influences policy, programming and practice concerning the wellbeing of the African child.

Our Principles
The AfriChild Centre through it’s mandate to improve the lives and wellbeing of the African child adheres to the following principles. It is through these principles that we run our day-to-day activities.

We are dedicated to developing and strengthening research capacities on Children within Uganda and the region;

We seek to work within the framework of child rights that includes equity and diversity.
